This Sunday, please join DC Jazz Jam as we join the year-long celebrations for Wayne Shorter’s 80th birthday.  Wayne Shorter was a path-breaking saxophonist and composer, having written some of the most classic and popular jazz tunes of all time.

Special guest saxophonist Brad Linde (right) will join the house band as Monthly Master jazz artist and will lead the jam with a focus on Wayne’s compositions.  This Sunday, November 24th, 6:30-930pm @ Dahlak (1771 U St NW).  No cover!
