Saxophonist Brent Birckhead returns to the jam as Monthly Master jazz artist to help us celebrate our annual Monk Tribute (in honor of Thelonius Monk’s birthday) this Sunday.  Among other accolades, Brent has been named “Best Alto Sax” by the Washington CityPaper’s annual “Jazzies.”
