For the rest of the summer, DC Jazz Jam is highlighting our outstanding jazz piano players. DC’s bench of jazz piano players is deep! It’s enough to give any other town #PianistEnvy.

Next up in our Pianist Envy series this Sunday (8/11/24) is Sammy Munguia, longtime jam friend and renowned Latin and jazz player, to host a combination piano feature and our next Latin jazz jam. Sammy will be joined by an all-star Latin-focused house band of Alfonso Rondon (bass), Mark Merella (percussion), and Dominique Patrick Noel (drums).

So come sit in with the band and throw your support to a great local joint! 6:30-9:00pm @ Haydee’s (3102 Mount Pleasant Street NW). No cover!
