As we keep rolling well into 2026, we are continuing to highlight the jam session’s “OG Jammers” from our previous homes: Dahlak and The Brixton.

Continuing the series on Sunday 4/26/26 for “International Jazz Day” is the original jammer, organizer Will Stephens (drums) and his combo the DC Jazz Collective. Will will be joined by Chris Hon (bass), Lionel Lyles (sax), Mercedes Beckman (sax), and Dave Kane (keys).

[Don’t worry guitarists: We always have a guitar amp set up for those who sign up to sit in.]

So come sit in with the band and throw your support to a great local joint! 6:30-9:00pm @ Haydee’s (3102 Mount Pleasant Street NW). No cover!
