Come join the jam this Sunday as Monthly Master jazz artist and saxophonist Sarah Hughes headlines the session for week 2 of our #InstrumentalLadiesofJazz series. Sarah has been a member of the jazz scene since undergrad at Maryland, has a master of music from New England Conservatory, and was a long-time member of the Bohemian Caverns Jazz Orchestra, among many, many other achievements and artistic talents.

Matt is the director of The National Jazz Workshop, president of the Virginia Unit of The Jazz Education Network, professor of Trombone and director of Brass Studies at The Shenandoah Conservatory, leader of The Capitol Bones, member of the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra and recently retired from The U.S. Army Blues Jazz Ensemble where he served for 30 years.
